# AI, marketing and soft skills in your catalogue or in your company

If you need an instructor on Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Gemini, on marketing or on soft skills, this page tells you what I can deliver right away, in which language and format, what participants keep after the session, and the criteria worth using when you choose who stands in front of the group.

## What can I deliver right away?

Three areas, with courses ready to run: AI at work on Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Gemini; marketing and corporate communication; soft skills. Every course runs in 2-hour or 4-hour sessions, online or on site, and fits a provider’s catalogue, overflow or client-site delivery.

### AI at work: Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini

- Using AI at work with clear rules (16 hours; 24 with a policy lab)
- Microsoft Copilot: from prompt to workflow (7 or 14 hours)
- Copilot Chat and no-code agents (7 or 14 hours)
- Rebuilding your workflows with AI (24 hours, four workflows chosen with the client)
- Claude at work: projects, skills and connectors (7 or 14 hours)
- Gemini in Google Workspace: Gems and NotebookLM (7 or 14 hours)
- Governing AI and deciding better, for leadership teams (16 hours, 2 to 6 people)

### Marketing and corporate communication

- Strategic marketing for SMEs: staying in business for the long run (8 or 16 hours)
- AI for marketing and content: being the first answer on Google and on generative AI (8 or 16 hours)
- Brand and corporate communication (8 hours)
- LinkedIn and digital marketing for B2B (8 hours)
- Sales and negotiation (16 or 32 hours)

### Soft skills

- Public speaking (8 or 16 hours)
- Communicating and influencing in the age of AI (8 hours)
- Negotiation (8 or 16 hours)
- Leadership and change management (16 hours)
- Train the trainer (16 hours)

For providers: vendor-coded courses require a certified trainer; everything else on your catalogue I deliver with my own material, alongside your technical instructors.

## Which languages, where, and in what format?

English and Italian, classroom and virtual classroom. On site in Italy and across Europe; remote anywhere, on Central European Time. Same courses and same material in both languages. For Italian funded training schemes, attendance registers and reporting are included.

- **English and Italian:** same courses, same material, in the group’s language.
- **Classroom or virtual classroom, decided up front and kept to the end:** no hybrid sessions, unless split into two separate courses.
- Instructor-led training for your catalogue, for overflow and for sessions already sold, on European time.
- **Funded training schemes in Italy:** hours to the minute, attendance registers and reporting included.

## How do I run a session, and what do participants keep?

Scenario first, theory second: every concept lands inside a real piece of the participants’ work, on their files and processes. AI drafts and analyses; judgement stays with the person. At the end of the session they keep a handbook, saved prompts and a plan for the first weeks. The slides stay with me.

- The material comes from the projects I’m running at the time.
- For each case I say whether AI helps, and how much.
- **What they keep:** a course handbook, saved and reusable prompts (in English and Italian), a draft usage policy where the course includes one, a plan for the first weeks.

## How do you choose an external AI instructor?

By what they do in the room rather than what is on their intro slide: whether the course gets built on the participants’ own files, whether they will tell you when AI is the wrong tool, and what people are holding the day after. Those are the three criteria I use when I pick a trainer for a project.

- **The material:** does it come from projects running now, or from a deck built last year?
- **The angle:** do people work on their own files and processes, or on the examples in the manual?
- **What stays:** a handbook, prompts they can reuse, a draft usage policy, a plan for the first weeks.
- **How you test it:** half an hour of live teaching on your topic tells you more than any CV. I’m happy to set one up.

## The trainer profile

One PDF with what a decision-maker needs: courses, languages, formats, how I work, the criteria for choosing, the numbers. Plus a sample 16-hour Microsoft Copilot programme.

- the courses I can deliver right away, by area, with durations
- languages, locations, formats
- how I run a session and what participants keep
- the criteria for choosing an external instructor
- the numbers, with their basis
- a sample programme: Microsoft Copilot, 16 hours

## Questions I get most often

- Copilot, Claude and Gemini: all three?

Yes. The formats are the same; the tool is chosen with the client based on licences and data. Copilot is the one providers ask for most; Claude and Gemini serve clients who are not tied to Microsoft.

- Do you deliver in English?

Yes, in English and Italian, with the same material. For providers outside Italy I work as an instructor on their catalogues, remotely on Central European Time or on site across Europe.

- On site or remote?

Both, one at a time: the format is decided up front and doesn’t change halfway. If a client needs both, the course is split into two separate runs.

- Can you cover overflow and sessions already sold?

Yes, on European time. I slot into your calendar and your formats, with your material for vendor-coded courses and my own for the rest.

- What do participants keep after the session?

A handbook, saved and reusable prompts, a draft usage policy where the course includes one, and a plan for the first weeks. The course is built on their files, so the next day they work on things they know.

- Who produces the material?

I do, on the client’s content or on the provider’s catalogue. Where a provider has its own material for a coded course, I use it; for everything else I bring mine.

- How are the hours of a Copilot course split?

Into 2-hour or 4-hour sessions, usually 16 hours over four meetings. The split can change during the programme, never in the room: the first session is always fixed and ready.

- Do you need vendor certification?

For vendor-coded courses yes, and those need a certified trainer. For everything else on the catalogue I deliver with my own material, which is how I work with the providers that list me.
