AI and marketing inside your company’s processes_
If you want your team to use AI on real work, or marketing to be once again the way the company stays in business, this page tells you what I do inside a company, what you keep when I leave, and the three ways we can work together.
What do I do inside your company?
I work with teams on AI adoption, marketing and organisation. I build use cases around your real processes rather than around product features: I take the four things your team does every week that eat time, and we rebuild them together with the tools you already have.
- AI adoption: Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, with usage rules the leadership team signs off.
- Marketing: positioning, offer, content, a plan the team can keep running on its own.
- Organisation: procedures you can teach to a newcomer instead of explaining every time.
What do you keep when I leave?
Things you use straight away: a prompt playbook for each workflow, a configured AI workspace, an approved usage policy, a method for deciding with AI and at least one real decision worked through together. From there your team carries on by itself.
- A prompt playbook for each workflow (English and Italian).
- A configured AI workspace: projects, instructions, saved prompts, the first ready-to-use agents.
- A usage policy approved by leadership.
- A marketing plan the team keeps running without me.
How can we work together?
Three ways, in order of depth: training, when a group needs to learn how to do something; coaching, when the group has learned and needs to do it on its own cases with me alongside; consulting, when the decision belongs to leadership and needs a method. They combine, and most companies start with the first.
Training
- 2-hour or 4-hour sessions, online or on site, 1 to 15 people.
- Programmes of 16 to 32 hours, also on funded schemes in Italy.
Coaching
- A 6-hour or 12-hour clinic on the team’s own cases, after at least two training modules.
- The team works, I sit alongside and correct course.
Consulting
- 4-hour sessions with leadership, with work between sessions.
- One real decision per session: scenarios, assumptions, biases, before deciding.
Pricing is discussed on a call, on your case: it depends on people, hours, format and on what you want to keep.
Where do I fit in your programme?
At the step where the team has to get its hands on AI or marketing, on its own processes. If you already run a step-by-step programme with an intermediary or a provider, I come in at that step, on their registers and timelines, and I leave when the team runs on its own.
- With an intermediary or a provider: instructor inside their programme, on their registers and timelines.
- Directly: from the first session to the plan for the first weeks.
- With Update Labs: when you need a system that outlasts the programme.
And if you need a system that stays?
Then Update Labs comes in, the company I founded. It works with small and mid-sized companies on strategy and marketing, training, events and AI adoption, and leaves what it builds with the client’s team. I’m founder and Head of Research; the work is done by four Labs.
- Strategy Lab: marketing and organisation
- Learn Lab: training (ULP Courses, Growth Program)
- Event Lab: events and formats (TrueStory Biz, B2CEO)
- Tech Lab: AI adoption and automation

Questions I get before we start
- Training only, or coaching too?
- Coaching too: a 6-hour or 12-hour clinic on the team’s own cases, after at least two training modules. It’s where the team applies what it learned to its own real cases.
- Is a consultant with a marketing background right for AI?
- To me they do the same job: keeping a company in business for the long run. AI is one of the things that decide whether it does. That’s why I bring it into processes alongside marketing.
- How long does it take?
- A 16-to-32-hour training programme over four to eight weeks; coaching right after, 6 or 12 hours; consulting in 4-hour sessions with leadership until the decisions are made. The calendar is set at the first session and doesn’t change in the room.
