Terms of use_
A few rules about how davidescalera.it is used and what you will find on it. Using the site means accepting them; if they don’t work for you, write to me instead of using it.
Who runs the site
The site is mine, Davide Scalera, based in Milan, Italy. For anything at all: formazione@davidescalera.it.
What the content is for
The pages and the guides describe how I work and answer the questions I get asked most often. They are general information rather than advice on your case: before a decision with consequences, let’s talk it through.
I check what I publish, and things change. If you are reading a page months later, the date at the foot of each guide tells you when I last updated it.
Text, images and the material you download
Everything on the site, text included, is mine or used with the permission of whoever holds the rights. Company and organisation names belong to them.
The material you download, such as the trainer profile and the talk abstracts, can be used and passed around inside your company or your organisation as much as you like: that is what I made it for. What I ask is that you don’t republish it as your own, don’t sell it, and don’t take my name off it.
If you want to reuse part of a guide in a document or a course of yours, ask me: the answer is almost always yes.
The funded-training assessment
The result you get from the assessment is indicative and tells you whether it is worth looking further. It is not a confirmation that your course will be funded: that depends on the fund, on the call open at the time and on your company’s requirements, and it gets checked together before anyone commits.
Links to other sites
When a link takes you to another site, that site is not mine and I do not control what is on it. You get there under their rules and their privacy notice.
Availability and liability
I keep the site running and up to date, and it may still be unreachable for maintenance or because of a hosting problem. I am not liable for damage arising from the use you make of the information published here, save for what the law does not allow to be excluded.
Personal data
How I handle the data you leave me is set out in the privacy notice, linked at the foot of every page.
Changes, governing law and jurisdiction
I can change these terms: when I do, the version and date below change, and the version that applies is the one published while you are using the site.
Italian law applies. The courts of Lecce have jurisdiction, save for the consumer’s place of residence where the law provides for it.
