A talk on AI your audience still remembers the day after_

Nine themes in three areas: AI inside a company, marketing as the work of staying in business for the long run, and the people who speak, decide and lead. Two of them I have already given on stage; all of them adapt to the room you will have.

What does AI actually do to a company?

It makes a company faster at whatever it already does, well or badly: where there is a method it multiplies, where there is confusion it hands that confusion to everyone at once.

Beyond the algorithm. The human factor in digital marketing

  • AI writes and analyses faster than any team; reading the context and the people is still human work.
  • Delivered on 27 March 2026 for Innovate Lab, the Gruppo LEN series.

AI makes you faster. At mistakes too.

  • How to work out which one you have, before you buy licences for the whole company.

Automate the work, not the reason you get paid

  • Which tasks are worth handing to the machine, and which ones keep you in the running.

Why do I talk about marketing even when the subject is something else?

Because marketing comes from “to market”: getting into the market and staying in business. It is the work of production, of admin and of anyone who answers a customer, not only of the team that runs campaigns.

Everything is marketing, but marketing isn’t everything

  • Data, metrics and AI drive decisions, and at the centre of every strategy there is still a person.
  • Delivered in November 2025 for Innovate Lab, the Gruppo LEN series.

Updating is harder than starting over

  • Keeping what works running while you change it is the real job, and it is where my company’s name comes from.

Marketing doesn’t (only) happen in the marketing department

  • What changes the day a company stops delegating it to one office.

What do the people who speak, decide and lead need?

Attention, decisions and measures: holding a room, closing a meeting instead of booking another one, reading the signals that look intangible and leave tracks anyway.

Speaking to a room with its phones out

  • What holds an audience now, and what can be trained without turning anyone into an actor.

Let’s meet Monday to decide whether to decide

  • The habits that turn a calendar into an alibi, and how to get out of them.

Not everything that counts can be counted? Most of it can.

  • Motivation, trust and culture leave tracks you can measure: which ones to watch, and why.

How does it work, and what do I need in the room?

55 minutes in three parts: ten of conversation with the host, thirty of talk, fifteen of questions from the room. The talk on its own runs from 20 to 45 minutes, in English or Italian.

  • Headset or lapel microphone, projector or screen with HDMI, clicker.
  • Two chairs for the opening conversation, and a host with three questions agreed the day before.
  • I bring the slides; if the event is streamed, I send them in advance.

The abstracts of the two catalogue talks

Programme text, structure, what I need in the room and the bios, in one PDF. For the other themes I send you an outline built on your event.

  • full abstract of both catalogue talks
  • three-part structure and possible lengths
  • programme bio, in 60 and in 25 words

The PDF arrives by email; I use the phone number only if you ask me to call. No newsletter: two messages at most, then it’s up to you.

Questions I get before an event

How long is it?
The full format is 55 minutes. The talk alone runs from 20 to 45 minutes: under 20 there’s no room for a real case.
Does it adapt to our audience?
Yes, and it’s the first thing I ask: who is in the room, what they do, what they already know about AI. The cases and examples change; the thread, the human factor, stays.
In English?
Yes, every theme, with the slides in English. In Italian too.

Who I’ve worked with. Join them.

Companies, organisations, associations and events: the people I’ve worked with since 2016, directly or through partners.
